Order confirmation

After you submit the order form, our manager will call you within 15–30 minutes (during business hours) to confirm your name, phone number and delivery address.

Delivery areas

We deliver throughout South Africa, including major cities and regional areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Delivery time

• Major metropolitan areas: typically 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
• Other regions: typically 3–10 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions or courier delays.

Orders are shipped in discreet packaging without external markings indicating the product contents.

Payment on delivery

Payment is made upon receipt of the parcel (cash on delivery), unless otherwise agreed during the confirmation call. Please prepare the exact amount where possible.
